Join our Ambassador Team, a group of beginning to elite athletes, that are passionate about giving back to triathlon and our community. The application window is open!
As a Racing in Reston Ambassador you will:
- Serve as a steward for multi-sport
- Receive great incentives
- Inspire others
- Be supported by a team
What we ask for:
- Champion CORE’s Racing in Reston events
- Encourage others to join you as an athlete or volunteer
- Fundraise a minimum of $500 – we provide the tools, training, and motivation
- Post and comment periodically in the RST/RT Community Group
- Be a good steward on race day!
Ambassadors will receive:
- Free race entries, tri gear, and more depending on fundraising level
- An exclusive ambassador t-shirt
- Special Meetup opportunities for adult Ambassadors
- Invitation to a pizza party for youth ambassadors
- A team of supportive community of new friends
- Satisfaction knowing that you are helping to build multi-sport in Northern VA
- Beer tent VIP access for Reston Sprint Triathlon (over 21 only)
- Exclusive training tips from a certified USA Triathlon Coach and Ironman finisher
- Announced as a member of the 2023 Ambassador Team via social media and website.
AMBASSADOR FUNDRAISING INCENTIVES
Raise $2000 – Receive (2) VIP tickets to the CORE Giving Gala and a $450 credit to use toward your choice of:

Raise $1500 – Receive (1) VIP tickets to the CORE Giving Gala and a $350 credit to use toward your choice of:
